Julián is an Argentinian MA student in Hispanic Studies. His main research´s interests are Latin American Literature and specifically the transnational Amazon region. He got a Bachelor and a Licenciatura degree in the National University of Río Cuarto (Argentina) where he researched, between others, César Calvo’s novels.

Recently has started researching the links between Amazon, Anthropocene and literature.

XX Conference of Argentine Literatures. Held in the city of Santa Rosa (La Pampa) from september 18th to 20th. with the presentation: the untimeliness of decolonial studies in argentine literary criticism: a dialogue within the canon(s) from the perspective of amazonian literature. Year 2019.

Participation as a Student Presenter | Second Conference of the Department of Literature.With the work the amazonian indigenist novel: canon and transculturation from the decolonial thought matrix, organized by the Department of Literature, Faculty of Humanities, National University of Río Cuarto, held on April 25th and 26th.
