Three PhD Students of French Studies—Joel Akinwumi, Magali Blanc, and Andisheh Ghaderi—will be participating in the Western Final of “My Thesis in 180 Seconds” (Ma thèse en 180 secondes).
During this competition, participants will publicly present their research in 180 seconds, in French, in front of a jury. Nearly $2,500 in scholarships will be distributed among the winners. Participating institutions include the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, and the University of Alberta.
