UBC’s Centre de la Francophonie invites you to attend a reading session and discussion in French and English with Ying Chen.
Novelist, poet and essayist from China, Ying Chen now lives in Vancouver and regularly publishes new titles. Some of these novels won awards, including L’ingratitude (1995), for which she won the 1995 Quebec-Paris Prize, and Immobile (1998), which won her the 1999 Alfred-Desrochers Prize.
