As part of Arts Multilingual Week, this event is an opportunity to connect with other Spanish learners through theatre games. No acting skills are required. Bring your inner child to play in the classroom while using authentic language, learning new vocabulary, and building communication skills.
Students of all Spanish language levels, undergraduate and graduate, are welcome!
Workshop conducted in Spanish by: Natalia Soracipa, Actress and native instructor of Spanish, passionate about studying the impact of Hispanic literature and theater techniques on learners of Spanish as a foreign language. MA in Spanish Literature from Portland State University.
Invited Guest: Alexander Noreña, Ph.D. student, UBC Department of French, Hispanic and Italian Studies.
