Bursary program

Students who pass the EXPLORE programme can apply for unassigned transfer credit at UBC (it will appear on their record in the form FREN 1st (6) or FREN 2nd (6), depending upon their placement by the host institution). Before departure for their Explore course they should get from their Faculty’s advising office a Letter of Permission to take courses away from UBC. They will need to have an official transcript sent directly by the host institution to Enrolment Services at UBC. If they did not get a Letter of Permission in advance, they will also have to submit to Enrolment Services an Application for Added or Revised Credit.
The deadline for submitting applications to the EXPLORE program is February 15, 2017.
