 le and Ecology."</h3><h4>About the talk:</h4><p>Dante’s relationship to Flo
 rence\, his native city\, underwent deep changes after he was sentenced to 
 exile in perpetuity\, in 1302. His <em>Comedìa</em> is a testimony to these
  changes\, and can be understood as the poetic\, visionary outcome of Dante
 ’s journey of inner transformation. This talk retraces the process that led
  Dante radically to reshape his relationship to place\, and to achieve a tr
 uly universal sense of belonging – one that surprises us in shedding light 
 on what a truly “ecological” relationship to place means and implies.</p><h
