 , a former student of French and Spanish Studies at UBC. The lesson will be
  followed by an informal celebration with food and drinks to wrap up the ac
 ademic year.</p><p>No previous dance experience is required!</p><p>All memb
 ers of the UBC community—across all languages and programs—are welcome to a

 ation</strong> of the Afro-Latin dance community in Vancouver and why they 
 are using dance as a means of cultural expression</li><li>A <strong>lesson<
 /strong> on the dance styles of salsa\, bachata\, reggaetón\, merengue\, an
 d zouk</li><li>An opportunity to <strong>practice</strong> what you learned
  or simply enjoy some Afro-Latin music</li><li>An <strong>overview</strong>
  of dance events in Vancouver for you to continue learning\, if you are int
